Road Kill Soup

ROAD KILL SOUP

    • 1 lb ground venison 
    • 2 cup rotel tomatoes roadkill
    • 1 tsp sugar 
    • 2 tsp salt 
    • 1 tsp instant beef bouillon 
    • 2 medium onions, chopped 
    • 1/2 lb carrots, cut up 
    • 4 large potatoes, not peeled, but diced 
    • 1/2 bunch celery, sliced 
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Brown venison in Dutch oven. Do not drain. Add 1/4 cups olive oil if too dry. Add rest of ingredients, cover and cook at low simmer for 4 hours. Add water if necessary.
