SAUSAGE CAKE

• 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained 
• 2 cups sugar 
• 1 cup raisins 
• 1 cup warm coffee 
• 1 tsp cloves 
• 1 tsp cinnamon 
• 1 tsp allspice
• 1 tsp nutmeg 
• 3/4 cups chopped walnuts 
• 1 tsp baking soda 
• 2 1/2 cups flour

Combine all dry ingredients well. Add coffee to make batter. Bake in loaf pan in cardboard oven at 300 for 45 minutes.
