Rolled Oats Griddle Cakes

ROLLED OATS GRIDDLE CAKES

  •  2 cups rolled oats 
  • 1 1/2 cups flour 
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tbs hot water 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 2 1/2 cups buttermilk 
  • 2 eggs, beaten 
  • 2 tbs margarine, melted 
  • 1 cup sugar 


Soak oats in buttermilk overnight. Then add rest of ingredients and stir well. Cook batter as pancakes.
